Bank fees are the sole responsibility of the registrant and should be paid in addition to the registration fees.
The bank transfer must clearly state the name of the conference, the name of the participant and indicating student, as unidentified
bank transfers cannot be processed. If payment is made for more than one person,
please make sure all names are clearly indicated.

Conditions and Cancellation Policy:
- Pre-registration must be accompanied by a
payment, otherwise it will not be processed and the on-site registration rates will be taken as a basis.
- Registration fees are not transferable.
- Registration fees will only be refunded,
if the notice of cancellation is received by Local Organizing Committee before 15 June 2010. The cancellation fee
is € 50,00.
- Cancellations after 15 June 2010 and
no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
