Submission of abstracts has been exteded and is now open until August 31, 2025. The conference management system COMS is used for this purpose.

Opening a user account will permit you to submit contributions and to administrate your submissions online. Please note that using Chrome may cause problems when submitting abstracts, if this is the case, please use a different browser. 

We also have a limited financial support program available, and we encourage interested individuals to apply for assistance. If you wish to be considered for financial support, please fill out the corresponding forms during abstract submission. The call for travel support applications is closed since July 31, 2025.
